A Court of Thorns and Roses | Sarah J. Maas
My husband and kids bought me the whole ACOTAR series for Mother’s Day and I have finally gotten around to reading it. I had to finish the Hades x Persephone series by Scarlett St. Clair before I dove into the fairy realm.
I was absolutely NOT disappointed. I have made my way to the Spring Cout and I don’t want to leave. This book is so good. I was completely engaged and I couldn’t set this book down. Feyre is badass and you’ll love her spunk. At the time I started this book, I was in the process of packing for vacation and I procrastinated hard just to keep going in the story. A tale that was such a nail biter.
I know I’m late to the game but if you haven’t gotten into this series, I welcome you to come past the wall! You’ll love it.

A Court of Mist and Fury | Sarah J. Maas
“To the stars who listen – and the dreams that are answered.”
Welcome to the Night Court.
I have seen the Spring Court but have fallen deeply for the Night Court. Aaaaahhhh! What a book! I loved reading about the journey to healing and the beautiful bonds created during that journey. This book was full of self discovery, action, and intense moments with matters of the heart. Also, entertaining flirtatious banter will always suck me in. Loved this book better than the last.
Can’t wait for what’s to come!!!

A Court of Wings and Ruin | Sarah J. Maas
“Night Triumphant – and Stars Eternal”
My gawd this book! The action and suspense had a choke hold on me. Such an emotional rollercoaster and I loved the whole damn ride. I couldn’t put this book down at all.
At. All.
I had stopped all time and responsibility just to be fully focused in ACOWAR. This story was absolutely nail biting and brought me straight into anxiety.
I. Had. To. Know. What. Happened.
Yes, ACOMAF was a favorite because we got to meet and learn more about the characters in the Night Court but this book is a favorite because we got to feel the heart of them. Ahhhhhh! I freaking loved this one!

A Court of Frost and Starlight | Sarah J. Maas
This is the third book of the series and a novella. I must say it was my least favorite of series and a pretty slow read for me. The shortest of the series so far and was the longest for me to get through. A Night Court Winter Solstice special, if you will. It was easy breezy, but I was on such a rush with the first three, this one put me in a little reading slump.

A Court of Silver Flames | Sarah J. Maas
“And his voice was her favorite melody”
I thought I would love this book as much as I loved the first three, but I just….didn’t. But I didn’t hate it! This dragged a bit for me. Nesta was unbearable to read about throughout. BUT the friendships that were formed in this one was great to read.
Now, the spice leveled up in this one and I have absolutely donned Cassian as my book boyfriend. When it got hot, my gawd, was it an inferno. SHEESH! I have tabbed many a pages in this one for that subject alone. I didn’t love this one but I did like it and it still left me wanting more. Looking forward to the next one!

Archer’s Voice | Mia Sheridan
What a love story. This was a love story that was so beautiful to read. There is so much positive that can come out of tragedy and pain once we finally let it in. This book reminds us we are all worthy of love, respect, and so much more great things. It was such a treat to be able to read the characters find their way to that.

The Paradise Problem | Christina Lauren
” I want to deserve you.”
Ugghh!! A+
This book was funny, a little heartbreaking, sexy and sweet as hell. I want to be friends with Anna, and Blair TBH!! They both seem like such a fun time!
And my god, what a guy West is.
I loved this book. I just finished a fantasy series (which I LOVED by the way and this was a great rom com pick. You will love this one!

If He Had Been With Me | Laura Nowlin
I know I am all the way an adult and I already knew going in that this was in the perspective of a teenage girl. I really wanted to read this story but it was a little hard for me to get through since the tone was giving very much, “dear diary”. The book was mostly dragging for me and picked up very close to the end. There were so many parts where I felt like we didn’t need to stay in that moment for so long. And the parts where I felt the author should’ve covered more area was just so quick and to the point. Maybe that’s how she intended it to be, but I felt my emotions couldn’t….emote properly. In the end, I clutched my shirt, was heartbroken and then the book was over. I wasn’t in love with this one but I didn’t hate it. I still think it was worth the read!

Slow Dance | Rainbow Rowell
This was definitely a slow dance between Shiloh and Cary. Love was always in the cards for them but life really did like to throw curve balls their way. This book was sweet, humorous, and absolutely intimate. This book leaned more to real life. The leading characters were not described as overly off the wall gorgeous as other books are. The scenarios were messy but much more relatable. It was a good read.
You, Again | Kate Goldbeck
Love can be messy but absolutely worth it. At the beginning the male lead was just so unbearable. I almost wondered why I kept reading. But as the pages and the years when on in the book, I started to feel sorry for him which turned into finally seeing him as a likeable character. The way this turned into enemies to friends to lovers was a nice little read. The little sex scene though. ooooweee. *wink*

Happy Reading!
