Happy Place | Emily Henry
Emily Henry’s People We Meet on Vacation (review here) is one of my favorites and since this book officially came out April 25th I had to snag it right away! Quite a bit of characters were introduced from the get, I admit I got lost for a bit on who was who at first. The flirtatious parts of the book were great to read because it was such cute and witty banter that I was blushing for Harriet! This book was so well written that when Harriet felt joy, I felt joy. When her heart hurt, my heart hurt. Ahhh I loved this one! This book was a one day read for me. Hella sweet and a nice amount of spicy!! “In every universe.” *swoon* A MUST READ!

The Neighbor Favor | Kristina Forest
It’s givingggggg…cute little Rom-Com. If Hallmark movies are the vibe for you, this book is a good pick. Very wholesome and very cute. I didn’t get hella sucked in as I thought I would but I still think it’s worth the read!

Someone Else’s Shoes | Jojo Moyes
This book was pretty chaotic at first. It was a bit slow for me to get into but once I did, I did enjoy it. It was a great reminder about standing up for yourself and not taking any shit from nobody! And female friendships can be tricky but the journey is amazing as hell.

Then She Was Gone | Lisa Jewell
I like to take breaks from romance books from time to time and throw in a crazy dark thriller. And this books is just that! Oh. My. God. Think a little bit Verity by Colleen Hoover and/or Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn vibes set in London. I was yelling at the book like I was watching a movie. “Run girl! RUN!”. Are you into dark, crazy, and bizarre? Guaranteed this book will check all those boxes for you!

Rock Bottom Girl | Lucy Score
This book was so good! So many pages and yet it took me just the weekend to read (and had to re-read some pages because…well you’ll understand once you pick up your copy *smirk*). I fell in love with Jake immediately and I rooted for Marley the whole way. We all love a CoHo spicy romance but believe me when I tell you, Lucy Score made sure this book was hella NSFW. Hot saucy for sure. Do NOT read pages 268-287 on your lunch break (unless you work from home). I am in no way a prude at all, but I tell you, the pages on the 200 block made me blush. But I definitely read that block more than once and felt the spice each time. Thanks for a good time. *smirk*

Forever Never | Lucy Score
When I said Rock Bottom Girl was NSFW it was because I didn’t read this book yet. Lawd, this book was dominating and spice level was 4 peppers. This book was girthy and so were the spice scenes. It wasn’t exactly as smooth a read for me and there was something about the characters that I couldn’t connect with. A lot of the parts were a little over the top but I could appreciate the storyline and the immense love and care they had for each other.

Every Summer After | Carley Fortune
This is Carely Fortune’s debut novel and it was SO GOOD! I loved it so much I wish there was more story to read. It has all the things that would make you read it in one sitting, as I did! First crush. First love. Beautiful messy relationships that you can never let go of. You will absolutely fall in love with Sam, Percy, and even Charlie. This is an absolute MUST READ!!!!!!!

Happy Reading!
